  • Project and file names must not contain any other characters than letters, digits and _.
  • There is no size limit for uploads but very large files (> 100 MB) are
    likely to cause server time-outs unless the connection is very fast.
  • Please zip or gzip your files to accelerate data upload - especially files
    larger than 10 MB.
  • Upload times may be longer with Microsoft Internet Explorer than with Mozilla
    Firefox.
  • If you experience network time-outs anyway, either split your file into smaller
    parts or write us an e-mail - we will certainly find a solution to upload your data.
  • Never press reload after submitting (unless another page is displayed).
